Cliff Kincaid is the Director of the AIM Center for Investigative Journalism. From 2003 – 2010 he was Editor of the “AIM Report.” A veteran journalist and media critic, he currently specializes in election coverage, the Fairness Doctrine, coverage of the U.N., and coverage of financial bailouts. AIM’s founder, Reed Irvine, hired Cliff as an intern and then a staffer in 1978, and Cliff has been associated with AIM in some capacity ever since.
Cliff also writes frequent columns and special reports for AIM. He wrote and narrated the AIM documentary, “Terror Television: The Rise of Al-Jazeera and the Hate America Media.” He also represents AIM at the annual shareholders’ meetings of several key media companies, including the New York Times and FOX News Channel.
Cliff regularly appears on television and radio programs, including the CBS Evening News, NBC’s Today Show, Lou Dobbs Tonight, The Glenn Beck Show, Fox and Friends, The O’Reilly Factor, Hannity and Colmes, The Savage Nation, The G. Gordon Liddy Show, The Laura Ingraham Show, The Mike Gallagher Show, Your World with Neil Cavuto, NOW, Frontline and Voice of America. His columns have been read on the air by Rush Limbaugh.
He has also been the focus of great attention by Right Wing Watch and The Southern Poverty Law Center .
Cliff is the author or co-author of several books, including his latest, The Death of Talk Radio?, as well as Why You Can’t Trust the News, The Playboy Foundation, Profiles of Deception, The News Manipulators and Global Taxes for World Government. His articles have appeared in the Washington Post, Washington Times, Chronicles, Human Events, Insight and other publications.
As President of America’s Survival, Inc. (www.usasurvival.org), a separate group he founded, Cliff is an advocate on behalf of the families of victims of terrorism and has published reports and held conferences critical of the United Nations.
Prior to joining AIM, Cliff served on the staff of Human Events for several years and was an editorial writer and newsletter editor for former National Security Council staffer Oliver North at his Freedom Alliance educational foundation. He was a guest co-host on CNN’s Crossfire (filling in for Pat Buchanan) in the 1980s, where he confronted the then-Libyan Ambassador to the U.N. with evidence of Libyan involvement in international terrorism.
Cliff concentrated in journalism and communications at the University of Toledo, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and came to Washington through a national journalism program headed by conservative author and journalist M. Stanton Evans. At his college newspaper, Cliff won an award for editorial writing from the Society of Professional Journalists. Cliff is married and has three sons.

Like David vs. Goliath, Rick Wiles is a citizen reporter who decided to take on the Big News Media. Starting with a $7,500 donation in May 1999 to launch the first radio program, Rick’s faith in God and steadfast determination has overseen the growth and development of TRUNEWS into an internationally recognized source of credible news and information in a world where nothing seems to make sense anymore. Rick’s professional career was in media marketing and advertising sales. Throughout his early years, God’s hand silently guided him to be in employed in the latest new media. While in his early 20’s, Rick’s first media job was with a new FM radio station in the days when AM was still king.
In 1980, he blazed a path as a pioneer in local cable television advertising when CNN and ESPN were new start-up channels on cable TV. As a sales manager, he launched one of the first cable advertising interconnects in the nation. He was hired in 1984 by the Christian Broadcasting Network as the first National Cable Marketing Manager for the new CBN Cable Network which later became the Family Channel. In 1995, Paul F. Crouch hired Rick as the Marketing Director for Trinity Broadcasting Network where Rick repositioned the TBN brand inside the cable industry – and played an important role in negotiating the early contracts to launch TBN on DirecTV, DISH, and the former PrimeStar DBS systems. Rick resigned from TBN in September 1998 after receiving a dramatic call from God to fulltime ministry.
