There’s a whole lot of bashing going on out there. Conservatives are bashing liberal news sources and liberals are bashing conservative news sources. Everyone seems to be taking comfort in escaping the evils of the other side. But the truth is the mainstream news media on both sides have failed to do their jobs. Both sides are filled with lies and a strong bias against God.
Both the right and the left have the same problem, they have kicked God out of every news story. They might occasionally tolerate someone saying “God bless you” or “God bless America,” but beyond that He is not welcome. Both sides act like God has nothing to do with anything going on down here. Both sides reject anyone who interprets the news in the context of Biblical truth. Both sides label that person a nut and cast them into outer darkness, never to appear on their program again. Both sides are wrong!
Think about it. When was the last time you heard any mainstream news agency report on what God is doing in the earth today? They have sterilized the news to remove any trace that God exists, even when presenting solutions to major world problems! In doing so, both sides have aligned themselves on the same side in presenting an utterly godless worldview. They have both taken sides against God.
There is a big problem with that approach… God does exist! Not only that, but He is also closely involved in everything going on down here. The major news sources have not only aligned themselves against God but they are also out of step with the American people. Gallup polls report 94% of Americans still believe God exists. So it make no sense to omit Him from every news report. It is time for the 94% to stop listening to the 6% who have rejected God. Personally, I have had enough of their anti-God bias.
Even the ones who pride themselves on being tolerant have zero tolerance for God or for anyone who believes in God. Actually, the ones who pride themselves on being tolerant are the least tolerant of God or anyone who believes in God.
Perhaps the people working for these news sources are not aware of what they have done. That really doesn’t matter. All that really matters is they have removed God from the news. The evidence of God’s omission is overwhelming. So they are guilty as charged. As a result, their news is biased, perverted, and as far as I am concerned, irrelevant.
There is no way anyone can accurately report what is happening on planet earth without acknowledging the role of the creator of everything on the planet, including the planet. There is no way to intelligently discuss what is happening without acknowledging the intimate involvement of God. Most of all, there is no way to intelligently consider solutions to the problems we face without acknowledging the one person who holds the answers to every problem. Anyone who does not see the hand of God in the affairs of men is blind.
Thank God for the Internet and the rise of a few honest, God fearing, online news sources. I rely on these alternative sources for my news.
Personally, I have a lot of things I want to do in the few short years I have left on the planet so I don’t have time to waste. I have no time to listen to blind guides attempting to report what they see happening in the world. Blind guides are famous for falling into ditches. People who follow them are also likely to fall into a ditch.
Talking about God is not politically correct because political agendas have taken priority over God. No political agenda from the right or the left should ever take priority over God. That is the fundamental problem. God has been moved so far down the list of priorities that He has been squeezed right off the air. Oops!
Do you think God might have a wee bit of a problem with that sort of news coverage? Do you think we might be the ones who are worse off for rejecting the one who is called “The Truth?” For anyone who rejects the truth there is only one alternative remaining… lies.
Proverbs 14:34 says “Righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a reproach to any people.”
Hmm… the talking heads in the news media claim to be all about exalting our nation, but when was the last time you ever heard any of them calling for righteousness and turning away from sin? They won’t go there because it is not politically correct. They won’t go there because they have another agenda. They won’t go there because they don’t believe it. They won’t go there because they are out of touch with God. They won’t go there because they don’t understand what really causes a nation to be exalted.
Beyond that, they ignore spiritual realities altogether, like the fact that human beings are first and foremost spiritual beings. Not only do they ignore the significant role played by God, but they also ignore the role of our human spirits and the hosts of other spirit beings. It is impossible to accurately interpret the world around us while ignoring these realities.
John 4:24 says God is a spirit. Genesis 1:26 says we are created in His likeness. So we are all spirits living in natural bodies, interacting with the physical world. The natural realm is not only connected to the spiritual realm but it is also subject to it. After all, the natural realm was created by the spiritual realm. All life and all power comes from God and the realm of the Spirit. Ignoring God, refusing to mention Him, and refusing to acknowledge his role in current events does not change any of these truths. Not only that, it leads to a grossly distorted view of the world, wrong conclusions about what is really happening, and wrong decisions about what to do next.
It is impossible to make sense out of any news story without putting it in the proper context of the bigger picture, the bigger reality. Recognizing these truths changes everything, including the way news stories are covered.
It is time for a new paradigm. It is time for a shift to take place.
ZEAL FOR GOD
At Z3news.com, our perspective of the world has been forever changed by our encounter with the one true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the father of our Lord Jesus Christ. So we are no longer interested in getting our news from sources that act like God does not exist or is not important enough to be mentioned. We are tired of the foolishness that gets presented as legitimate news coverage. The anti-God bigotry in our news media is wrong and misleading.
The Lord Jesus Christ said zeal for the house of God consumed Him. At Z3news.com, zeal for God consumes us because we see that the answer to every problem is found in Him. We are not interested in the liberal agenda or the conservative agenda because both have become godless ideologies. They are seeking for answers in all wrong places.
There is nothing wrong with having a political agenda as long as that agenda does not take priority over God. Matthew 6:33 says “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness (being in right relationship with Him) then all of these things will be added to you.
At Z3news.com, we recognize that every good thing on the earth, every blessing, comes from God. So our agenda is to please God by openly acknowledging Him and giving Him the credit He deserves for all that He does. We believe God is at the center of everything, and everything revolves around Him.
ZEAL FOR TRUTH
News programs are filled with talking heads, arguing from the left and the right. But what good do they ever really accomplish? There is almost never any middle ground reached, no reconciliation between the two sides. Hard facts get presented but almost never convince anyone to give up any ground or abandon their position. So after a while, you have to wonder what is it really about? If it is about seeking the truth, then the facts would matter and people would concede some points and reach common ground. They would be able to reconcile some of their differences. If that has ever happened on any news program, I missed it!
At Z3news.com, we have no agenda other than the truth. The Lord Jesus Christ said He is the way, the truth, and the life. Since our number one goal is to please the one who is the truth, we are zealous for the truth. So if we discover new facts exposing areas where we are misinformed, we are quick to acknowledge it and adjust our position. We have no other agenda.
ZEAL FOR FREEDOM
There is no nation that has enjoyed more freedom than America. But where did America’s freedom come from?
I often hear conservative leaders claiming that our freedom comes from our constitution and from our declaration of independence. But the men who wrote, signed, and risked their lives for those documents would disagree with that claim. They recognized that our freedom comes from God alone. In the declaration of independence, they called this fact “self-evident”, which means for any sensible person it is an obvious, indisputable fact.
We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
I have heard other leaders say America’s freedom could be spread around the world simply by setting up an American style of government in other countries. America has fought wars based on this mistaken idea. Our freedom does not come from our government. Government merely enforces freedom that comes from a right relationship with God.
The Bible says where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. The opposite is also true. Where the Spirit of the Lord is absent there is tyranny and bondage, which is the current condition of nearly every nation on earth. So where is the spirit of the Lord? He is present wherever people receive Him and live in right relationship with Him. God has not withheld his spirit from any person, but most of the world has rejected Him.
When God is removed from our society, there is nothing to stop godless people from trampling on our constitution, twisting it to say things that it does not say. When American style of government is established in other countries who do not know the one true God, freedom cannot survive.
Freedom does not come by adhering to the letter of the constitution, but to the spirit of it. Freedom does not come from the structure of our government, but from bowing our knees to the one who is over our government, the Lord God Almighty.
Freedom is a gift from God, given only to those who willingly choose to submit their lives to Him in obedience to all of His commandments. Those who reject Him will ultimately lose their freedom and go into bondage. Freedom cannot survive without God.
At Z3news.com, we are zealous for freedom. We have seen our freedoms eroding away as Americans have forgotten the God of our forefathers. We understand the connection between faith and freedom. So in defense of freedom, we boldly proclaim the truth of God as revealed in the Bible and we call on people to be reconciled to God and come into a right relationship with Him.
